Every week, Chef Eduardo creates a menu featuring authentic flavors of Mexico, using the freshest of ingredients. Also featuring an entirely new craft cocktail menu focused on fine tequila and mezcal offerings!

6:30 PM - Four Course Chefs Dinner with Wine Pairing
Passed Apps: Clams Escabeche & Cape Cod Organic Farm Headcheese
Amuse: Wellfleet bay scallop in shell with foie butter
1st course: endive salad with walnuts and ubriaco rosso
2nd course: beef tartare with sun choke and candy roaster pumpkin chips
3rd course: ricotta dumplings with Provincetown Dune matsutakis and pecorino sardo
4th course: chocolate cake with nutmeg whipped cream table side with chefs
